Um, just to name a few Scottish acts I'd guess before BoC: The Vaselines, Beta Band, Primal Scream, Arab Strap, Teenage Fanclub, Mogwai, Proclaimers, and I could go on.

Believe me, I'd love it to be BoC, but I'm not going to bet on it when there are so many other Scottish acts it could be ...
