The sound was very distorted in LA. The drone music before it started was loud and heavy. I recorded a bit of it and basically got nothing due to the bass. I was towards the back of the line so I was only waiting in the theater for about 10 minutes. I thought it was a cool loop to build up the ...

Back from the LA session and figured I would share a few thoughts… The album, especially the middle, washed over me and I would be hard pressed to detail any specific songs. What I don’t understand is if Tape 05 isn’t on the album (actual video version), what is it? Everything they do is so meticulous and thought out.

Real solid stuff! There’s a lot going on here. I love the eastern (or mid eastern) sounds at the beginning of Prophecy. Then the song really goes all out, full boards.

I wish they said the price beforehand so I have more than a split second to decide if its worth all the cost to fly to LA and get a place… It would be a really cool experience but then again its not like they’re playing live. I’ll be trying for the LA session. Seems like a quaint little theatre. 300 seats makes me think these will go quick. I’m glad they’re non-transferable/not re-sellable, that helps the chances of people who can actually plan to attend. Good luck everyone
