Do you guys buy full band discography's

Like if a band or artist has released 8 albums that you love and own, but then they release one that you don't like will you still buy it just to complete your collection?

I do this but recently i've been thinking and asking myself questions like what's ...

I remember i read an interview with them (pitchfork one i think??) and they said that one of them had just become a dad. The more i think about it i get the feeling the guys just want to chill with their familys and take a break from music.

If i'm going to honest Bloc Party and Silversun Pickups were my first band obessesions. My taste in music has changed so much since then though, the more recent ones are

What bands/artists apart from Boards Of Canada have you had an obessesion with?
I'm talking about hunting down all those b sides and rare songs, known everything about the band etc.
