I have never understood the dislike of this album. It's just a little different, but still amazing.

AND I'll add, even if someone did record the whole event, if they wait twelve days until the album is released then nothing is being lost. They don't want inferior recordings out prior to the album.

I think a big difference between what you are saying and what actually happened is that this actually isn't a gig. It's a playback of material that will be released in the very same form in just under two weeks. That too me is quite different.
