It's not that they forgot to remove them, it's that Soundcloud's default setting is checked to enable downloads. This is something that could have been easily overlooked by the band (or somebody at warp)

i'm not sure about that. any time i upload music the downloads are disabled by default ...

we give the brothers so much credit for setting the clues for a grand investigation but then simply presume 'oh, how stupid of them to leave the path file for the audio files in there!!!!'
