The 9th is a friday this year. Would be nice to have something for that day, but Warp probably wont because of Squid's album release that day.

I sorta doubt we’ll get an announcement this year since its already mid-September, but I’m keeping an open mind to the whole “expectations” thing. Odds are that we’ll see the album within the next year or two— especially now that we know one is on its way.

In regards to the vinyl delays. So if they are supposed to release something next year it should be delivered by December probably.

I would assume the bocset would include studio versions of the unreleased live stuff they played back in the day. That would be enough for me to get excited, not to mention outtakes from 1995- 2013.

Also interesting to note is that he mentioned they are working on a few records, which would indicate that they are finishing BOCset

Wow, really nice surprise to get this out of the blue.
Kind of weird as well, considering the Nevermen album is from 2016, Makes you wonder if this was made back then with the Mr Mistake remix, but released now for some reason.

This thing is just a scam by the Lil trust artist really. I had another track appear in my Release Radar last friday (not the same artist though) where it had both Flying Lotus and Bibio featured just like BOC is featured here (edit and yet another one with Floating Points and Mount Kimbie featured ...

I think this is purely done to draw people to listen to their songs. Have seen this stuff a lot recently with Spotify etc where big artists are tagged in songs, even though there's no connection whatsoever. This way the artist gets added in people's Release Radar playlists.
