This song reminds me a lot of the sound of Legowelt's sideproject The Psychic Stewardess ‎– Spiritual Foundation.

Well the Quietus and other track by track overview said the last track was long droning like an "aeroplane over my house". Maybe that reviewer woman is one of those people who look down on drone/noise music as not real music, so she just said dismissed it as "basically just three minutes of silence".
