Yes! I used to love Smash, I had kinda forgotten he existed. Glad there'll be something new from him to listen to.

This was the album that got me into M83. It's great. I like his new stuff a lot too. Saw him last year in Boston, it was excellent.

Got my record and t-shirt in the mail today. I'm psyched, because I only received a notification from Bleep that my shirt had shipped, so I wasn't expecting to get the album at the same time.

In defense of festivals: I just went to Boston Calling and it was excellent. The only negative was standing up for 11 hours straight, but even that wasn't that bad. The National, Dirty Projectors, and The Walkmen were all excellent.

Listening to this now... ahhhhh, the ending section with that melody that comes in when the beat quiets down, it gives me chills every time. They do just the right chord progression so that it's not exactly what you expect but just what you wanted.

Yeah, this one and Come to Dust are my favorites, and right next to each other. But this is one of those albums where when I'm listening to it, every other song becomes my favorite song at that moment. It's Palace Posy right now... until that track is over.
