i cant help myself, when i listen to boards i analyse the production. IMO this is the finest produced album out this year. The mastering is spot on, would love to hear the pre-masters though.

This may have been pointed out before, and it's keeping in vein with a couple of other bits on TH that are almost note-for-note quotes of older tracks by Mark Isham and some other composers. I was listening to Popol Vuh today, and this track immediately smacked of RFTD to me.

Couldn't someone have just hooked a tape deck up to a computer, uploaded the full album rips of these tapes that are currently on Youtube, and just hit record? Then, print the hi-res scans of the covers off of bocpages and maybe photoshop them if necessary?

Yes! Never Cry Wolf is one of my favorite scores by Isham. Great movie, as well. Dark synths in that one are definitely reminiscent of TH. I highly recommend it.

Yes! I love this stuff. Palace Posy is definitely Apocalypse, and I think 'I Overflow Man' is such a clusmsily worded phrase, it has to be an anagram. Owl of Minerva is the strongest contender for that one. Not sure about Heartache Fodder, though. Reach For The Dead is more appropriate.

It's funny. I initially got a Envane/Chastic Slide-era feel from this track. Definitely hear the Rae in there, now. Really wonderful track.
