Anyone else have an opinion on whether the repeating sound that plays between 0:08 and 0:14 (and then continues throughout the track) is tires scraping on pavement followed by a car crash impact?

the album is mastered so loudly anyway it was just hard for me to listen to. Now I'm obsessed. I do think the vinyl master is so much better than the digital, however.
