Trying to relax to this. 5am, haven't slept, have a day of backbreaking garden related labor ahead of me while chronically sleep deprived, fun times. On a positive note though, seeing the sunrise and listening to this is giving me the warm fuzzies.

Sober right now and will be more regularly coming up, pulling my way out of a nasty alcohol/painkiller habit right now and it sucks. But it sucks more to be hooked, so I guess I'm just coping with short term suckiness.

I just had some cheap £1 chocolate pillow type cereal and it was pretty good for the price. Non skimmed milk, as always. Would have gotten gold top but my local doesn't sell it sadly.
