Twist uses a BoC chord progression (very noticeably pronounced at the two to three minute mark), might even be a sample.
The *yeah* could be taken from Aquarius.

VHS effect is fake and they are using pre-existing BoC music so, nah, it is fanmade.
However, I am very impressed at one's ability to find footage of Cement Gravel Rock playing.
All I could find was one still image, and that took a while.
