If you like to see the reconstruction of the VHS tape.......This a canny watch

Have the people who have the VHS tapes got the wrong format on purpose? What i mean is, send NTSC format to countries that use PAL and and vice versa. The clue is, the format VHS use on the stickers are wrong on purpose. Try and play NTSC on a PAL or vice versa.......Worth a shot
