Yesterday while driving in British Columbia, I noticed a set of seven hexagon-shaped solar panels that looks just like BoC's newish logo. Apparently it's called the "SolarHexx Flower".

I'm a hoper on this. They were literally amateur at the time they produced Hooper Bay, so if it sounds amateur that's a green flag. It also sounds like something that would be created with the technology at the time and not like the output of software and plugins.

Something interesting I noticed: The narrator seems to say "2.95" like "Two-Nine-Five".
This is interesting. So the latest transcription, it says the numbers 6 and 3, then 2-9-5 toward the end, as well as "the message is clear". Anyone want to try texting "clear" to 63295?

The chords overlap due to the heavy reverb/sustain, making it sound dissonant and ambiguous. It should sound a lot more correct if you add a ton of reverb and fade in each chord with the volume knob.

The elements you mentioned are all staples of BoC's technique. That "Skyliner" and track 3 from Lighthouse have them all in common is probably a coincidence. If they were indeed related, there would probably be more similarity in the melody or chord progression.
