Yes, thanks for the link beforehand. After the countdown hit 0, it said "Redirecting...". I waited a few seconds and got suspicious, so I did the whole thing again in another tab and it went right through and I got a ticket. The original tab still says "Redirecting...". If anyone else waited too ...
