Except Kronenbourg Blanc gets me REALLY hammered, but it tastes so nice you don't notice - until it's too late.

mmmmmm Beer......
well I love my
and my
especially since my local pub re-opened as a bit of a trendy spot and has all my favourites on tap and not a burberry cap in sight! A cold Hoegaarden with a wedge of lemon floating in it, perfect for the sunshine.
Drank Mythos when on holiday but only because it was cheap, and love spending Sundays in this lovely pub in Cheshire with my man testing all the funny named real ales and falling off bar stools.

Didn't know that. Not down with the Nazi's that's for sure. A local brew pub near me (The Nodding Head) has a triple IPA called "Hoptimus Prime" complete with Transformer head on the tap!! 12% no less. Smells like Cannibus, apparently the hops plant is a very close relative.

Old thread revival.
Love me some Arrogant Bastard Ale and Ommegang Hennepin.
Edit: Can't forget to mention Buffalo Stout and Bush Ambrée/Scaldis!

I don't drink beer anymore... but when I did I drank Guinness and Boddingtons.
Now I mostly drink wine when I have any around which is only a couple of times a month.

British Real Ale - any beer are pale in comparison.
The only lager i really enjoy is Heineken and you can't even get that much in England (in pubs)

other beers Pale Ale in comparison?
I've really been enjoying Tyranena's Scotch Ale, although it mostly just makes me want to drink Johnnie Walker, which may or may not be a desirable outcome.

Speaking of Pale Ale. I've always loved the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Wish I could get it here in Japan. It's been years since I've had one.
