good sample based music?

so obviously DJ Shadow's Endtroducing is the hallmark of this genre and I am really into The Books as well...can anyone else point me to some music where samples/found sound is the focal point? really digging this kind of stuff lately, especially after finding tons of unlabeled cassette tapes and old home movies recently..could serve as inspiration

The Books are amazing but not really sample based as most their music is actually played by them. Endtroducing is one of my all time favorite albums. Have you listened to any of these:

Demdike Stare - Voices of Dust (anything by them is worth checking out really)
Oh No - Dr No's Oxperiment or Dr No's Ethipoium
J Dilla - Donuts

You can also check some 2000s big beat/turntablism stuff like early Dj Krush (earlier records - also later ones are good, but there's less samples), The Wiseguys, Mr. Scruff, Towa Tei, Titan (that was a Mexican big beat act which became famous for this I think - album was cool!) Bentley Rhtythm Ace, Dj Cam... Skint Records and Ninja Tune released lots of turntablism/heavy-sampling music back then.

Or well, you can obviously check hip hop instrumentals - Madlib, J Dilla and Premier got the illest samples!

I know this was already mentioned but I cannot begin to say how amazing the record is... J Dilla went inward with this one and chopped/screwed one of the most raw things I've ever heard. I posit that J Dilla and Boards of Canada have a lot in common.
