Was this coded image recently posted online, or has it been there all along since last spring

It has a date on it: March 13, 2023. Part of the image looks like some of the hint and clue videos we got from the ARG last year though. The missing faces MHTRTC / TCH looking photo is definitely new.

Forgot to point out this image has numbers in it as well 19 5 5 11 - seek. Talk about deja vu.

The morse code may translate to something that has to do with YouTube? I can only decipher YOUTUBE.COM/@CHANNEL-ONE which makes me think of the old Channel Onesixtyfive from the previous ARG. Damnit! I knew I should have learned perfect morse after the last go-around!

Fantastic translation and detective work, subscribing for all updates when they happen.

I wonder if thrifty is planning a one year anniversary ARG? March 22nd was the first time the original VHS tape was brought up on twoism at least, but the video was uploaded a month or so prior. I think this all is a wave hello.
And maybe music is on the horizon...

While a part of me would still love for the Thrift Store Tape to be actual early BOC, I tend to agree with your assessment. With this now resurfacing and new clues given, I believe it gives credence to a new artist who was most likely finishing tracks the past year and is probably ready to offer a more official release. Heck of an introduction if this is the case. (And the music itself is phenomenal, as highly compressed as it is.)

I thought so too but it was a friend that combined the audio tracks for me last night and we both were so tired so I'm not sure if the vocaroo I provided is entirely correct. The words at the end sound something like "Too tired _______2AM". Again, I can't be sure if this was done right considering it was super late.

Has anyone else found anymore luck or are we at a dead-end in this easter egg hunt? I wanted to start a facebook group for this exact topic. I watched this all unfold last year when it was posted in a non-BoC fb group.
i did some digging in to it myself and my reader gives these codes up: Sure, Fred, In. At the beginning of the clip the female voice says: "fill in the blanks". That's what I have so far. Anyone with anymore info, please share.

I've slowed and isolated the vocals and still have nothing. The ending definitely sounds like M L 2 K M for sure. If the first set are numbers, (which sound like 8 5 1 2 12 to me) that spells out HELL but I'm probably way off here. I've tried every URL iteration I can think of on YouTube. I believe we're at a dead end unless someone can figure out what the voice is definitively saying.
