paramnesic...

Post by hexagon son »

i am shocked he hasn't or nobody has started a thread about his music yet. i have been totally enraptured by his album " Dissociative" for the past week. he is a former OoT contributor and i really feel the need to bring attention to his music. possibly one of the of the greatest interludal (real word?) ambient artists i have heard in a long time. shame not to hear more current works by him. what do you guys think?

(BTW, you can find his myspace profile (and DL his album) by looking up WWBJD profile)

holy fuck, yes. i was sat on the bay near an outlet of hiroshima (i have pics, as soon as figure out how my japanese cell phone works proper) and i was listening to that track and the rest of the album. the mood of the music just fits my life so perfect right now. i need to get a camcorder so i can do a vid to one of his songs...

I have to admit, Paramnesic is one of my favorites of the twoismers right now. And Monarch is one of his best.

Ahh dissociative is incredible. I played that nearly non-stop all winter. I've gotten comments and stuff from him on his myspace before, but he appears to be on an internet hiatus as of late. But man oh man is his stuff incredible. Great for rainy, cold days.

I almost forgot how awesome "Disscociative" is. The first couple of tracks bring back memories already... Man I wish i could hear some more Paramnesic, but he's probably been working on a new album anyway...

I rediscovered Paramnesic on new years eve. I love music that is so cyclic and authentic as this.

Anyone got a decent/better quality copy of this they could share? Best I could find online was a 128Kbps download from Last.fm.

All the download links that he originally put up from Facebook and Myspace are no longer working.

Yes. Monarch is gorgeous. :)
