I absolutely love it. Personally I'm happy they went in a different direction than TCH. The "video nasties" VHS era they referenced in the Guardian interview is so up my alley and I've been on that same wavelength with my own music for a while. I feel sorry for anyone who can't enjoy it but oh well, its a fantastic record.

It'll probably grow on some folks, others are never gonna like the way it sounds. Such is life.

I think it's awe inspiring.

Personally I adore it. But it's cool if you don't. In fact I kinda understand why some wouldn't, but it's really resonating with me.

It sounds like some of you are thinking too much when listening.

I have 3 runthrough so far and from the first youtube vids of the first 3 songs I am totally grabbed by the new 'style', which for me feels so typical boc-ish.
I have gooseskin, childhood mem popups and all this energy giggles coming up from my spine to my brain.

It feels a lot like Geogaddi and the old tunes tapes.

Seems like some of you have forgotten that the brothers make music for themselves, not us. We're lucky enough that they decide to release it. I mean, come the fuck on. You guys constantly complain about how long they disappear between albums and then make threads like this. It's like shooting yourself in the foot and then asking why it hurts...

Listening to the stream I loved it, then after listening to it a few more times it felt a bit sparse and texturally lacking compared to their other work. Then I realised that was more to do with the quality of the stream, and now after many listens and reading M&M's intentions for the album in the guardian interview, I'm back to loving it. I mean, it took me months to start liking a lot of songs from Geogaddi, so I expect my opinions on some of the tracks I'm not too keen on right now to warp over time.

As a whole though, fantastic album.

Well, actually its much more than both
Its so deep I just began to hear bits here and there, and reminding them. And then again another new one and another new one and another new one. Its really packed with elements.
And I love the overall tone, though its a bit scary

Man oh man this is gonna take so many listens. Unfortunately I was quite underwhelmed at first ( and still am ) But this one is gonna be a grinder. I was very disappointed with the percussion/ beats in this album. I know It's hard to compete with the lush grooves from campire headphase though. I recommend getting stoned and listening very carefully to the beats on this new album. I'm slowly starting to notice more depth with every new listen.

I listened to it for the first time tonight. I'd been holding off for the digital release but in the end the suspense got too much.

I went in as open-minded not trying too hard to either critique it or force myself to like it. I think it's amazing. I'm gonna sound like some sychophantic fanboy saying that but i'm honestly not, i genuinely loved it for what it is.

After a few more listens i actually think it hangs together as a single body of music rather than a collection of tracks, like a concept album, or a soundtrack. Rather than listening to it looking out for trademark BoC cues or the next 'Dawn Chorus' - just flow with it and let it take you away.

I think it's as good if not better than anything they've ever done.

TH is most certainly as good, if not better than CH.
There is a new direction here, mixed in with the older sound that most of us love.

My only gripe is that there are some instances where songs could have been a tad longer with a little more layers of atmosphere added. Provide that extra chilling factor or that what the hell did I just hear moment.

TH is more clean/digital in terms of what one has heard before compared to earlier albums (analog/warm).
But I think that was intentional, TH is more of a concept album, dystopian emotions, dry, like the cites or seclusion in a desert. I fully understand the purpose of this clean, more digital approach.

I came on board the BOC fan ship when Geogaddi came out.
For myself Tomorrows Harvest is very good, I dig it quite a bit.

My issue (so far, I still need more listens) is that this album is being exactly like TCH for me: with the exception of a few tracks, none of the music really "does it" for me, if you know what I'm saying. Also it seems to have this quieter, less wide and less detailed sort of sound to it that even TCH didn't have and that bugs me. Also, tracks don't feel creative to me. Cold Earth seems lazy and I don't like the melody at all, it doesn't really go anywhere and frankly it sounds more like a BoC-alike than BoC themselves.

This album is also the first of theirs with something in it that legitimately annoys me. I skip Jacquard Causeway. I can't stand it.

Maybe more listens will raise it back up to being above it but right now I'd say I'm putting this on par with TCH.

I don't know how anyone could say this is like Geogaddi. To me the closest thing it resembles is Trans Canda Highway.

That's the best part. The sluggish beat, seemingly lagging behind. I visualise someone or something which is reaching out but just barely able to grasp it. I love it. And those subtle melodies on the background... oh man... lush!

I firmly believe that TH is a direct response to the negative fan reaction TCH received. The fans said "we want more MHTRTC!" and they delivered.
