I feel that. I'm not worried about Bleep crashing... it's kind of perfect that it is too.

Rough Trade description is interesting: "Inferno retains their signature melodies and atmospheres, drawing on the esoteric influences explored in Societas X Tape (their 2019 NTS mix for Warp Records’ 30th anniversary) and the darker ambience introduced on Tomorrow’s Harvest, further deepened by an expanded role for speech soundbites."

Is it just me or are these some of the coolest track titles they've ever come up with?

What do we think of the family logo thing on the main website?
https://boardsofcanada.com/
IMO they look a bit weird, their heads are too big. And they're facing away. And there's 4 kids? Huge family by today's standards

I love it. the 'family' logo has been a part of their imagery, it looks like an updated version of what they've used in the past.

Btw I'll just take this opportunity to quote myself from the day the posters appeared (so I can fix the grammar)
Altruizine wrote:Looks like it could be a spiritual successor to Tomorrow’s Harvest, as in the ”tomorrow” is now and humanity is beginning to reap what it’s been sowing.
Which amounts to… entering Hell Interface
Also quoting this, calling it again:
Altruizine wrote:Another Neil Krug music video incoming? Reach For The Dead certainly had some "epic" vibes but it wasn't some crazy ambitious project. Perhaps The Brothers™ weren't keen on something like that. I wonder if anything has changed? Imagine an official BoC vid that plays like a short horror flick with some pupilless children roaming about lol

Do people actually even have copies to listen to already?

is it strange to say i'm mixed on getting another dark boc album?
i've seen lots of people on the reddit saying "given how dark the world is..." and "we're in a shithole, so...", and while it may be true, i feel that maybe something which just re-affirms all that and tells you everything really is bad can't be that conducive to giving any kind of hope.
personally i feel like a hopeful album is what we need, but perhaps that's just what i want.
(also part of me wants to not have waited over a decade for 'nope, everything still shite in the world')

I'm excited by the Societas reference and "speech" in the Rough Trade description.

Is it still a mystery what email collection and "first access" might mean?

I'm a bit sad we didn't get a new pic of the brothers.
