Just a test to see if I level up at post #100. Additionally, I might use this occasion to direct my lovely colleagues towards One on Twoism 6 which fucking bangs on ceilings and floors and rocks hard.
I don’t know when LP5 drops but I know in my bones it exists. Which, funnily enough, provides another opportunity to advertise for my favorite Autechre record, LP5. If I want to freak people out in a vanillla ass Kroger parking lot I blast “vose in” hoping to wreck my meager car speakers.
I would guess based upon documented, rare activity that something will happen soon. Soon-ish, to be more acute. I really doubt we’ve been abandoned and I think it’s wise to remember that BoC literally used this forum as a crucial link in their previous “marketing” campaign, which of course was utterly legendary. I’m getting a bit frantic too but I know it’s not a question of “if,” but “when.”

Love Autechre. BOC have made what, 4 albums in the last 30 years? While Ae have something close to 20?
At this point if someone asked me if I'd rather see BOC or Autechre live, I'd go with Autechre!

This bit was interesting:

A part of the melody was flagged as "unsynchronizable" with other parts of the track.

It might hint at what DAW or production software they use. This sounds like Ableton Live to me with the Warp markers etc, but I'm not on expert on that or any other music software.

Autechre make machines for generating music. I don't mean this as a slight on Autechre because that is a really difficult skill and getting good edits out of what those machines spit out is a skill unto itself.

But when you compare with the meticulous handmade nature of BoC it's not exactly a surprise which group knock out so many albums

Imagine being so disliked you get banned from this site. Then imagine coming back and forcing yourself on a community that doesn’t want you here. Sad man.

Anyway, I’ve been a naysayer about the “nobody home” message, but this is newest update feels good! Correct me if I’m wrong, but this is what websites can look like before launching to the public. The username/password being for people working on the site to access and preview it. I’m not feeling like this is part of an ARG, but rather it indicates movement behind the scenes of a new site being prepared.
