It does, like was said, feel like it's cheaply made though. It's like the knobs are going to snap off at any time and the case is made out of plastic.

Oh man!! I have one and it's amazing! Seriously, ignore the presets and after some toying around, you will discover the sonic awesomeness within. I'd honestly compare the capibilities to that of old roland synths. plus more. It's an unbelievable synth and I hope you enjoy it. Mine's broken beyond repair (sucks!
) and I feel that if it still worked, my music would be vastly different. Happy Synthesizer-ing!

Saw that Brian Cox book Mex, looks pretty good, give us a heads up on whether to buy it or not.
As for me, I bought my girlfriend a surprise book. I also bought 2 Kurt Vile CD's, The Pale King hardback, a netbook case, Raging bull and Taxi driver on dvd

Julie and Candy keeps influencing so much that I really, really think that woodwind instruments, flutes, recorders, etc. are the way to go in providing melodies for electronic beats. Such a fantastic and typically unexpected combination.
I went and bought myself one of these to start with:
Now just to learn how to play it.

Be careful though, panpipes and synths combo strays dangerously close to cheesy native american busking music

Well fortunately, if I use these for melody I don't plan to use synths as part of the melody either.
Unless it's just like an atmospheric pad of some sort, but no leads.

Nice!!! I need some of these. I currently play a Native American Flute as my only wind instrument (Which is a very relaxing instrument).

With the help from waterbagel asking me about Biosphere, I was convinced I needed this in my vinyl collection. I can't wait to spin it.

I ordered mine from Biosphere's website directly because Best Buy Canada has nothing of Biosphere. It wasn't much more than Best Buy US was asking. My purchase came to a total of about $40 after shipping and everything. So I'm happy.

Just incase you were wondering Mex, I didn't snatch up that one on Amazon with the thought in mind you might take it. I see it's gone now though - I was gonna get it but I saw ebay had one cheaper. Next up is Geogaddi hmm expensive.
