when i first started to listen to them, I used to put on geogaddi or MHTRTC on a sunday afternoon and let the music take me wherever my subconcious wanted to go. i havent had that happen since june or so 2010, but it't good to know that I am / the brothers are/the music is capable of doing so STILL.
BoC is dead, long live BoC. that was really fucking nice.

again....
so cool to think of all the people that were focused on this at the same time....on the planet.

That's more immediate a 'holy shit that's awesome' feeling than I was expecting (or hoping..the slow burners usually work better for me). But it's SO complex and heavy and detailed. TH will keep me enthralled for years to come like all of BOC's other works. If eight years is what TH took, then from what I've just heard it was utterly worth the wait. *applause*

Better than campfire
Far less nostalgic than any previous BOC, guess that's the meaning of the title...more Star Trek & less tape deck
Felt like if boards had been chosen to make the TRON Legacy soundtrack after they released Music Has the Right and before creating Geogaddi

The first half is pretty ambient and tone setting. The second half was... just wow. Dark and massive and so totally unlike I've heard before while being familiar at the same time.

hmmm, bit disappointed with the sound quality, hopefully that's just what youtube has done to it.
I'm sure RFTD was crisper than that on the MP3? the breathing hiss really popped out but on this it was a bit hidden. It was like watching your new favourite film with dirty glasses or fucking your drem person with a full body condom.
It's a grower and that is a really good thing usually with me.
