Oh man. I've had my album represses for a few weeks but haven't given them a spin because I've just moved and don't have anything set up. I hope everything sounds okay.

Provided there's no missing LPs as there were here, they will probably sound 50% good. Small condolence that only one of the LPs (and my least favorite) was pressed badly. Tough call on the EPs though...I love all 3 of them.

I just got all of my reissues and they all sound perfect, had no issues with misprinting or anything.
(I also got a copy of Unreleased Tracks on the side )

Anyone know if the pressings of Tomorrow's Harvest are generally okay? Haven't played my vinyl edition

I remembered it being pretty good, but I listened to it again a few days ago and found it average. Too much background noise for a nearly new copy.

They were pressed up in Germany at Optimal Media who generally produce some excellent pressings. Mine sounded very nice when I first bought it (before it got damaged by a faulty turntable - it really shows up on my new one). I wouldn't hesitate on buying a copy.

I would rate Tomorrow Harvest a 6/10, Geogaddi, for instance is a better pressing.

Bleep sent me today the third LP of Geogaddi, which I only said was slightly warped, MHTRTC that was pressed off centre to the point of noticeably harming the sound was completely ignored. They're clearly just going through the motions.

I'm evaluating Twoism and TCH EP over the weekend, but I'm not too optimistic.

Bleep is unbelievable, must have none even read my message to them. I asked for LP 1 and 2 of Geogaddi because of some awful distortion and skipping on tracks (music is math, gyroscope, julie and candy). Get the package and open it to find LP 1 of The Campfire Headphase which I had never even mentioned to them. Unbelievable.

I finally got a message from Bleep acknowledging the problem with Corsair distorting on Geogaddi. It stated "Warp have only been aware of this particular issue for a couple of days and are still investigating the reported issues".

Fingers crossed they will identify the fault and fix it.

So don't hold your breath for the quality on Twoism and Trans Canada repressings. I've heard Vinyl Factory is a pretty poor plant, reputation wise.

bit late to the party; got my EP reisusses last week and i have to say Trans Canada is perfectly fine.

i'm wondering about Geogaddi; my "digital" version had this last track with kids talking about who god would be at the end of the album, vinyl is missing this track or am i really this mistaken

edit: i'm still on the fuckin fence if i should get TCH and Twoism. i'd have all BoC vinyl then but i really don't like Twoism and not a huge fan of TCH too.. (personal opinion, good albums but not good enough to have on vinyl).. how is Twoism's quality?

bleep must be figuring stuff a little. after a failed attempt at returning my first copy of campfire to the shop I bought it at (I returned my messed up copy, for another messed up copy, which I returned for something else completely) I bought an unscathed copy from bleep. finally no weird scratches or anything like that. a little hesitant about getting the eps just yet, sounds like more issues, I might wait it out and buy directly from bleep.

That track you speak of is the Japanese bonus track for Geogaddi, pretty sure it's not featured on any of the Geogaddi vinyl pressings.

The Twoism pressing could be better, it's somewhat noisy (at least my pressing is).

Now I'm disgusted. Exchanged my copy of In A Beautful Place and not only does the end of Amo Bishop Roden have the distortion and noise again (even worse than my first copy), but the entire side plays at the wrong speed!!! I won't be buying another BOC repress after this.

I was so ticked, I didn't try the B side yesterday, but just played it and it also sounds too slow. The whole EP plays at the wrong speed.

Yeah, that just means you played it at the wrong speed on your turntable. Kudos vinyl fan!

Considering the fact I have pitch control, just had my turntable serviced this summer, and have been spinning vinyl since around 1985, I think not. Pitch is perfectly set and it sounds off. The speed issue is only this 2nd copy, as the first one I had did not have that issue. However, both copies have the exact same noise/distortion at the end of Roden, that I can describe as a louder and noisier distortion than what you hear on Corsair.

With this distortion on IABPOITC, and checking here and other forums, there have been reported issues with every one of the represses. The least amount of problems are with IABPOITC (unluckily for me I'm one of the few) and MHTRTC. I've even read complaints about Harvest's crackling on new copies.

The worst thing about all this is that no BOC fan can safely buy a clean copy of any of their work without worrying about the quality of the vinyl.

These EPs were only released in the US a few days ago, so I'm sure we'll hear more feedback as people here purchase them.
