He was talking about a frequency called the "magic window frequency" that, according to some guy, makes your brain do weird things when you "hear" it. Look up Magic Window's entry on BoC Pages for more info.

I love that song. Especially when I'm stoned.

I know I love that song too, I'll let it play even to the point where I can't hear it anymore and for like 3 minutes I won't even notice and go oh shit next track lol.

Oscar See Through Red Eye is quite possibly my least favorite track. I find it extremely annoying. Don't really know why.

"Worst, boc track"
Oxymoron.

Zoetrope, no contest.
It drags on for way too long and it's not even that interesting to begin with. If it was a short interlude I guess it could have worked for me, but as a full song it's their most bland.

Oh you people and your hate for Zoetrope... seriously...

Yep, I actually read the topic after I replied and realized the Zoetrope opposition is in quite large numbers.
Guess I could throw in
XYZ and
Amo Bishop Roden as well.

Yep! Why Zoetrope?
It's actually a lovely thing to listen while you looking at the kaleidoscope motion pictures, as geogaddi's

Zoetrope is fantastic... Amo Bishop Roden is another Masterpiece. IABPOITC is an amazing EP.

agreed, IABPOITC is the least hit-or-miss for me, i love all the tracks.
worst in my opinion? basefree. not an industrial fan, i'm afraid
or june 9th. same reason.

Yes, it is a rock solid EP.
I'm also inclined to say Basefree and/ or Korona. It's the drums in both songs that put me off. Basefree just seems rather wonky and drunk sounding, whereas Korona would be a bad ass track if the drums didn't totally saturate the rest of the music.
You know what though? I still listen to them regardless! Heh.

I respectfully disagree.... Amo Bishop Roden is honestly one of the most nostalgic and beautiful tracks by boc. you could say that the whole track sounds like a long intro and never really gets moving, but the pace and melody are fantastic to listen to.

Industrial does nothing for me but I love June 9th. Such gorgeous rich synth tones and deeply melancholic/nostalgic for me.
Not keen on Basefree though.

I don't see how Basefree is very "industrial" at all.
Maybe an Industrial/IDM mix in the slightest, but there's a very far cry between Boards of Canada and Throbbing Gristle or any other pure Industrial bands.

while it's not my favorite track ever, it's one of my more-beloved on geogaddi!

I think Zoetrope would be better as one of their short songs like no longer than a minute and a half or so.
