There were a few more tracks. I started recording during track 5 (Sixtyten) and recorded from then until the end.

There's a bunch of microphone noise at times - this isn't a pristine recording - but I'm glad to finally hear it again after all this time. The files are completely unprocessed and available below as a 666mb download.

How funny is it that the new ATP recording starts right in the middle of Sixtyten, just like how the Lighthouse recording starts right in the middle of Sixtyten? Haha

There must be something about the start of that track that makes people think: "Hey I should press record" :D

Those recordings are really good!! You can listen to the stereo sound perfectly. Probably they come from the 17 year old kid that people were dismissing.

I don't know when I'll do it (or if I'll be any good at it) but because I agree with some who enjoy hearing the room acoustics/ambience of party-goers in the crowd recording, I'm interested in hearing a mix that begins with background noise but that fades into soundboard, with some subliminal layering of 'room noise'

Echus sounds so much more massive in the live recording, and the way the song itself quiets the room.

It's pretty much the same thing as taking a church organ out of the church. The real space adds a lot!

Not sure if it's ever been posted on here before, but I captured a .wav of track 06 from Peter Iain Campbell's IG story. Just thought I'd add it for those who are collecting all the tracks:

I recorded two tracks at ATP. "Julie and Candy" and what is referred to as "Track 07". I was further back than the guy who did the recording that has been doing the rounds, just to the left of the sounddesk, and the sound is pretty good.

These two tracks are all that I recorded unfortunately. I encoded them from MiniDisc to 160kbps MP3s back in 2001. I can't find the MD, so I can't rip them at a higher bitrate for the moment.

If nobody objects, I'm happy to post these for download.
Found this recently during a house move. I've yet to locate a minidisc player to find out if there's anything more on there Image

Dude. I'll keep it short and sweet. My god, have you ever made this old man very happy! Took me right back to that weekend. You'll forever have my gratitude for going to the trouble of recording it in the first place (and not get busted!) then finding it after all these years then posting it at what is evidently a pivotal moment for Boards. My cap is doffed. Thank you.

For me it's viewable in his "Ask the Sea" highlights.

Thanks for that - I got to see it again. And the whole series looks great.
