Also, personally I've got some ideal listening conditions when listening to Autechre. Preferably a dark and cold room, in a comfortable chair or lying in bed. When my awareness is relaxed yet alert, I tend to get into this perfect headspace for Autechre listening sessions.

The new box set is GOOD but kind of dull. One song causes me to jerk off everytime I listen to it. I've got studio monitors around my bed and have been laying while listening. It's quite hardcore in parts.

Incunabula, Amber and Tri Repetae are masterpieces. Have always loved this track, sounds very like Plaid....

A friend of mine recently recommended me their Anti EP, and holy cow, Lost and Flutter are FANTASTIC. I think those two tracks are the best I've heard next to Leteral, Rotar and Eutow so far.

Flutter is my absolute fav Autechre song.... try listening to it slowed down ha.... even better

I envy you for just being at the beginning of your Autechre journey. I'm years into it now and still don't feel like I've fully digested and appreciate all of their material, it's a hell of a ride.

Also the NTS Sessions are absolutely phenomenal. Somehow they manage to get better with age.
