I've only just started to be able to even listen to anything else.

First listen was on release day. I was left feeling kinda like it was ok...next thing I know, it's been two weeks and I honestly hadn't been able to listen to anything else. I was also off from work during those two weeks. It was a wild blur.

Back to work for the last two days and Inferno has played *at least* once all the way through both days.

Can't stop, won't stop!

There is just many cool musics out there in all genres all over the world I can't stick around for too long! I can definitely say it is still by far the most played "electronic" music, whatever that means in the case of Inferno.

Totally addicted myself as well - the only other albums I've listened to since release have been Tomorrow's Harvest and the new Seefeel and Lone albums (both amazing if anyone finds time in their busy Inferno caning schedules).

Have listened in full at least once a day and I can't see that changing any time soon... currently have the house to myself and have cranked it up the loudest I've heard it so far, becoming clearer and clearer this album is mixed to be played L O U D (even if my tinnitus disagrees). Holy crap it just sounds incredible.

Also starting to find the tracks I was least drawn to on early listens are beginning to display their charms. I wasn't nearly as excited about Naraka and Blood in the Labyrinth as many have been at first, but they're quickly becoming favourites now that I'm clocking on to more details - all the background percussion in Naraka is making it a really addictive track now I've noticed it, and weirdly I'm finding a new sense of wide open space in Blood in the Labyrinth where it sounded quite claustrophobic before.

It's funny that the only thing able to get me out of my obsessive listening sessions was having to replace a (honestly dangerously aged in hindsight) stylus on my turntable. Not wanting to ruin those deluxe records, figured it'd be a good time to pause Inferno for a bit.
Glad to see the Naraka love from more and more people. It's one of the standout tracks imo. Feels like I always have something new to say about it whenever I get to it in a listening session.

Inferno has been one hell of a trip for me. In an almost feverish way, I've been jotting down my thoughts of meanings and interpretations nearly every time I listen to it. I have not gone back to read it yet. Saving that for the end of the month to see if all of the rambling is something that's even comprehensible lol

I'm still listening to Inferno a lot. Interestingly it is the only BoC album which I prefer listening to at night.

I know I'm coping but now that they finally released new music I hope that they do it more frequently.

Also Blood in the Labyrinth is addicting, and constantly gets stuck in my head.

Feverish definitely feels apt for my experience of it so far as well, even when I'm not listening some track or other is going round and round in my head and drawing me back in for another listen.

this album has a DJ Kicks vibe

historically would have been smaller fires, burning less hot, covering less acres, but more often

and now what we have is big fires, happening all at once, very hot, and doing a lot of damage
