TBH, the Skam stuff is more for people like me who like to find BOC in everything. There's nothing concrete but they keep adding intriguing stuff that "could be" BOC related. If you're one of those people on here who needs actual evidence of it being BOC, disregard that stuff entirely.

Beatink, on the other hand, is the Japanese distributor for Warp Records. And sometimes they let bits of info slip out that the regular Warp website doesn't. This question mark album is an example of this. I'd pay more attention to what's happening on there even if this question mark album could be something entirely different from BOC as people have speculated.

My one observation is that nothing seems to be slated for release in November, which is coincidentally an anniversary for BOC's second most famous EP. Even the Aphex Twin reissue is in December.

I'm not familiar with Seefeel, but from what I understand, they haven't released an album since 2011. Do they tend to be like BOC and are really reclusive and mysterious? I feel the mystery angle, combined with the tweets and the plaque, make me think it's something BOC related, but again, I don't know Seefeel so I really can't judge.
