Made some Autechre-like IDM beatz. Will probably construct a whole song around this eventually.
Doesn't exactly sound that Autechre-y.
Maybe a step or two simplified.
Not saying it's a bad thing or nuthin. Just sayin. <3

I think it ended up quite similar to the percussions on Draft 7.30. I also made a longer version that employs the effect chain to far greater extent, would probably be a better example.
Mix some melodic elements in there and this would be killer.
That is the plan, thanks <3

Mix seems a bit cluttered and perhaps a bit too noisy as well, but quite nice otherwise.

Sequoia has never been too fond of high quality sound, but by pushing the dynamics to the extreme I've managed to get some out of it:

Since I got my album wrapped up (which was a bit older material in the first place) I'm finally working on fresh things.
I'm really going for a shoegaze/string-sound kind of sound with my new stuff.

its finished, but I couldn't find a better place to post songs.
I'm really loving this direction and I'm going to explore it more.

Yeah, tried to keep most of the elements from the original track.

I really like that. I had listened to some of your other stuff but this stands out for me. More my thing. It sounds like you had it buried in the garden for 10 years. Good stuff

A 12-inch, old LP of some soundtrack, the silence between changing songs just recorded and looped, mixed with a field recording of the park near my house that has been heavily filtered.
