I dont think I've ever posted any music here, mainly because I've been living in places that require me to be quiet, and I play loud acoustic instruments. But I need an active thread to ask, and I hope someone has some good feedback: just moved again, I'm on a ground level, but there's a couple above us. So far, we can't hear any of their musicor TV or anything, so the ceiling must be fairly thick. I bought an electronic drum kit a few years ago, thinking it'd be great for apartments... it is, except for the kick... I've been on 2nd levels until now, and the kick would've been unbearable for downstairs people. Now that I'm on the ground floor, I thought I'd try again, but the bass pedal still seems to reverberate the house. Does anyone have any experience/hack ideas to make this thus of the pedal quieter? I'd be most grateful! Will post some tunes once I can make some beats, not that'd you're all hanging with baited breath.

I've been editing soounds for the last few days & I've come up with this little track:

Simple fun, layering my own breaks + 3 synths instance (CM Dominator).

Did this using Anti Pop Consortium Samples. It is a hip hopish remix of an unreleased track I'm working on.

Not thinking of anything new ATM so I decided I'd give a new take on an old classic:
