I think we should delete or close this thread. Currently it seems like the clues are not exclusive to vinyl and it seems otherwise so a record hunt seems kinda useless...

Yeah it looks like that vinyl could potentially be one of a kind.

Looks like someone in Eilbek, Hamburg may have found themselves a copy and posted a picture on BOC's Facebook page.

haha, i'm leaning towards the idea that we won't see another one of those records and that there was only 1 record to kick start the rest of the puzzle, and the reveal of the second code using youtube confirms that for me... how will they choose to reveal code 3???

I'm willing to bet that the other records are out there and that in case they weren't found on the day YouTube was (is) the plan B. Hope that's the case anyway.

EDIT: Ok. So let's instead say that there are six copies of the same record around the world and the YouTube vids are the next stage. Another copy has just been snapped up at Rough Trade in London.

second vinyl found:

appears to be identical from the picture which suggests any additional records found will be same and are all part of phase 1, lucky bastards though...

"having stood in the racks for a couple of days"

seriously? if you worked there why would you not snap that up immediately...

Rough Trade seems like a pretty credible source though

Because they were probably told not to, I imagine.

I didn't check their twitter profile/credibility, seems like I commented a tad too soon, my bad!

would make sense to make more... i mean. making 1 unique vinyl is quite expensive. making say, 9 more copies is relatively cheap when you have a master anyway. plus it functions as a back up. what if they just make on and the buyer doesn't share it's find?
