Sundown
7/10
ive always thought this tracked sounded just like corsair. after multiple listens you begin to see that this track gives off a different vibe than corsair, sundown would be like the song played the night before a nuclear bomb is dropped, corsair would be the devasation afterwards.

Sets the tone for the EP just right, and really resonates with you when you are feeling lonely and dissociated. A classic.

Never cared for it but not necessarily bad either.

Majestic! The beat gets me, but the melodies make me want to stay. Lush, peaceful, and spooky. A bit like a dream that's not a nightmare but could become one...until it doesn't. The key change with the backwards mellotrons when it gets all happy thrills me every time.

The track's strength definitely lies within the ambient sounds that play out through what would otherwise be a little bit generic ambient downtempo track with uninspired percussion by BoC standards. The focus seems more on those than it does the beat and they work really well in the mix. That said, I still feel that tracks like it and SAI, Hey Saturday Sun, etc. are all sort of different takes on the same general idea. Oscar succeeds the most though, in my opinion. It is the most convincing rendition of that idea.

'A is to B... (Live version)'

7/10. I would have rated higher but I have the whole of the rest of boards to compare it to. It sounds really manual and beautiful. Like it is just the brothers playing keys and nothing else which I suspect is true. I think the samples could be organic also i.e when they mentioned recording flutes and other instruments for days... This is it.

First off, where can I listen to Vegetarian Soup (never heard of that track before)?

But from the title, I'd give it an 8/10.

Perfect intro to Geogaddi. Sets the tone very well. The way it changes towards the end and gets all ghostly, I love it.
"The past inside the present" gives me chills too.

June 9th is a big favourite of mine.

I love the power and energy in the drum tracks.

'Kiteracer II'

10/10 when the individual notes come in i get the cold sweats. Really summarises sentimental feelings of staring outside on a rainy day when I was a child and caffeine free. Personal favorite.

Infinite line of colourful sevens... Oh wait. (release it, boards)

Tears from the compound eye (reversed), but I am not sure if the thread will allow me to specify an altered version of a song.

I'll bite.

Awesome and you can hear lots of backmasked instruments.

6/10 as I prefer it forward, if only for the section at the end where it sounds like falling water in a dark purple cave.

Diving Station (this track is so fucked up for me, mindset wise. Feels like a sonic tug of war and I'm the rope)

7.5/10. Difficult to rate such a short vignette, but I really like the retro gaming feel I get from it. My guess is that it's close3 or close4 too which is cool :)

8/10. This is one of the tracks that stand out in R35TT, along with A14 and B11. Beautiful sweeping melody with some haunting voice samples sprinkled here and there.

8.5/10. I love the classic BoC warm sound rampant on a crisp clean clear-cut drum beat. Wow!

Magic Teens is a 10/10, but I hate it. When I listen to it I feel both cheerful and incredibly sad. Like I had chances to do something great and the song is showing me what could have happened if I had done them. It's too late now.

From the opening 808 Kick Drum beat and the metronome like clock percussion it builds to a fantastic crescendo with its wah wah synth riff and heavenly pads...
...like climbing up a mountain to the peak.
Its an Anthem and should have been released on its own or as an E.P.

I think you can tell I really like it.
