This is pretty major, considering it's been getting lots of attention (1k likes on the page in just a couple days). I really think MDG would've stepped in if something was off about this.

Also MDG logging back on twoism for the first time in a long time like a week before this whole situation happened makes me feel like he was trying to test what the current fanbase climate was before making a move.

First time poster on Twoism, long time BoC fan. Hello everyone!

I've been intrigued following everything that's been posted here the past couple days. I've been a fan of BoC since 2008 or so, but missed almost the entirety of the TH ARG (I saw posts about the RSD incident, and then caught the album announcement transition when it was posted on warp's site, but wasn't aware of forums like these at the time to make myself aware of the rest of the ARG). If the recent activity is leading up to something, I'm excited to be a part of it this time.

The activity from BoC seems legitimate, and admittedly mysterious. However, I'm confused about why this activity is making people think it might be leading to something. BoC may be reclusive, but a glance over their Facebook page shows that they've had at least one post every year since 2013. Why is this activity somehow different? Is it just because it's on something other than the official BoC page? Although people have been excited about the official BoC page activity, too...

I think everything started to ramp up last summer when they began posting on Instagram. The pioneer plaque being posted on HI's YT page is hard to ignore as well, especially since the original meaning of the plaque signified a "message." I'd say there has been way more activity on all of their social accounts in the past year, than the last 6 or 7 years combined.

The reason why people think the activity is significant is because it comes from a previously thought to be dead account, and that the activity was not normal. It wasn't just a fan video posted to a different account, it was a weird deep-fake video and profile picture change. It was really out of the ordinary, and the fact that it was all blacked out soon after just makes everyone more confused.

The evidence of XMP data and the connections to the confirmed official YouTube and Bandcamp pages alone should leave no doubt that BoC are behind the Hell Interface FB page and Sheol Boundary. At this point we just have a bunch of people ignoring the data and going in circles arguing based on nothing more than their personal feelings about what BoC would or wouldn't do.

IMO the band has purposely cultivated an atmosphere of ambiguity and uncertainty and are using it to instigate infighting and chaos among their obsessive fans. A funny yet incisive way of showing just how wired into social media we are, how much we obsess over official blue checkmarks, "verified" status, etc., and how much influence they have over their fans.

Side note: just a few months ago they updated their verified BoC FB to say "Official Page," indicating to me they are very aware of the divide between their "official" and "unofficial" accounts and how that difference is perceived.

BoC mentioned once they had been interested in the "mass mind control of religion." Maybe now they're exploring the mass mind control of social media.

Makes you wonder if they're expanding the personage of Hell Interface now and making it a full blown entity with an album. Would be great to get something full blown crazy from them. Perhaps something that sounds like the craziest dance tracks on HI Scores, Nlogax and June 9th.

I don't think that this is related to boards at all, but the account was created 3 days before the HI fb and has zero uploads except for 2 boc music videos which were uploaded yesterday.
What I find interesting about both of these videos is that they feature additions to the beginning of each song. Dawn chorus fades in over news anchors saying good morning, and sixtyten fades in over a speech Alan Watts gave about nature. Not sure how either of those correlate to their respective songs, but interesting nonetheless.
The playlist on the channel makes me think that this has nothing to to with boc, but if nothing else, both videos are very well made fan music videos. Just thought I'd share

To make us question more. I really think it was just to test the waters, see what our reaction was with some interesting activity. I'd like to stop going in circles over this please and thankye.
