This is great and yeah that synth sounds fantastic. Though I feel that if you put a similar sounding synth maybe an octave or so higher and used it to have another melody that layers over the first synth it would be sublime.

Hi, I don't know if this belongs here but I've started making more mixtapes recently. Here's one of them that has a kind of souley-folkey-sitar-flute -theme. Very meditating stuff, I hope you guys like it.

Beef up the kick and, depending on what you want to go for, maybe add hi-hats or something else for some top end?
Once this gets going, I think it sounds quite sinister.
