The WHOIS points to 'Echelon Systems'. Not that it gives anything away, but I'm assuming this is the design company who came up with the VMS login idea.
Woah! How did you find that?
But what design company would want to stay secret?

but i could have sworn the second vinyl was found in japan. i think there was a youtube video of some japanese kid playing the second vinyl after finding it in a local shop.
^^^ That was the same person who found the first. He tweeted the video to a few record stores in japan trying to see if they have found any other albums over there.

1st found in New York which ended up on ebay
2nd was found at Rough Trade London - dunno where it is now but a young girl picked that one up
3rd was found at Avalanche, Edinburgh for which they've decided to keep in store and not sell it.

Nonsense!
It is confirmed by mdg that there are 6 vinyl records out there. 2 have been found and what happened with the other records is unknown till this day. Perhaps it is still sitting in a record store, or someone bought it without even knowing what it is.

3 have been found... one in Other Music in NYC, one in Rough Trade South, London and one in Avalanche Records, Edimburgh.

i doubt they just used a random string of numbers.
There are a lot personal familiar things in the sequence. I'm not going to say what they are, but it is quite uncanny. Alameda has it's significance also. I'm not making any extravagant claims, I'm sure a lot of people see these kinds of coincidences. But the nuclear theme seems all too real...
Please elaborate
Yellow Records pretty much descibed my personal relevance to the numbers. I'm not gonna say what they are. It's not exactly the same as Yellow Records relevance but similar enough.
What worries me is that I live in the bay area and Ive always feared this place would be a nuclear target. There's a lot about this area that is unique enough to make a global impact (no pun intended) if it were taken out. I don't mean to fear monger. I just see this album as a possible warning and the only place I feel like I'd be taken semi-seriously without crying wolf would be here. I do not know of anything more than what everyone here has seen in regards to the album's themes and their connections to reality. But it seems high profile musicians have that direct connection to the elite. BOC refer to the illuminati/occult at times and I'd hate to think that they would have any part in something horrible, I love their music. I'm not trying to judge something I don't fully understand. As they've said themselves, the devil is in the details and the details of this album seem to be a very clear message. Hopefully I'm wrong.
Sorry if mentioned already (this is a very long thread) but has anybody tried the code recently on http://cosecha-transmisiones.com? I just did and appears to be no longer working…
