Well the sky is pretty clear in south bucks. I'm freezing my ass off on my balcony and running low on smokes

Even if I cant see no meteors its lovely just chilling here looking at the stars man, maybe one more spiced rum eh!

It was very clear where I am last night, was outside for an hour, didn't see anything

Orion was fully on display though, could just about make out the Nebula. Amazing.

Awe, and to think that on Saturday I was listening to the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy (Radio) and he had a little part in there, which was just silly fun.

So happy with my new telescope, I can't even tell you! Without even bothering to find an especially dark site (my back garden!!) I could clearly see the cloud bands around Jupiter, not to mention a few of it's Moons, a decent view of the Great Nebula in Orion, and (natch) a good old explore around the Moon too.

Don't think I'll ever forget the moment I first saw Jupiter - WOW!!!

Need to get this sucker up into the Purbeck Hills...
