Well the sky is pretty clear in south bucks. I'm freezing my ass off on my balcony and running low on smokes :? Even if I cant see no meteors its lovely just chilling here looking at the stars man, maybe one more spiced rum eh! :-)

It was very clear where I am last night, was outside for an hour, didn't see anything :(

Orion was fully on display though, could just about make out the Nebula. Amazing.

Awe, and to think that on Saturday I was listening to the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy (Radio) and he had a little part in there, which was just silly fun.

So happy with my new telescope, I can't even tell you! Without even bothering to find an especially dark site (my back garden!!) I could clearly see the cloud bands around Jupiter, not to mention a few of it's Moons, a decent view of the Great Nebula in Orion, and (natch) a good old explore around the Moon too.

Don't think I'll ever forget the moment I first saw Jupiter - WOW!!! :shock: 8) :D

Need to get this sucker up into the Purbeck Hills...

Stargazing live coming from Kelvingrove park in glasgow.... as a physics student at Strathclyde uni down the road i was invited along to volunteer.... as a physics student at Strathclyde uni I am too busy with exams :( gutted
