I just had a very strange thought. Something about the cover of 'Eden' by V. Dolphin showing up in my instagram feed turned on a lightbulb.

What if the Stargate zine and the accompanying record label, Infinito Audio is the new Boards of Canada project?

You'd say, "But none of the stuff on the label sounds like Boards of Canada." I'd reply, "Exactly."

Just take a look through all the imagery on both instagram accounts. Stargate could be an evolution of Hell Interface. What if it's the space-themed album? Would you be disappointed?

Artists have tried to put out albums as someone else before. Isn't there a hint that they've released secret music in some interview? Sure, it's an American label. I'm sure there are more reasons why I'm wrong. Many more. I am well aware that my case isn't well constructed. But it is hilarious and I am kind of joking. Please don't be mean to me.

The band does its thing and will do it exactly how they feel it, they are not obligated to anything, nor anyone.

That has to be respected, and furthermore, all this speculation and shit might actually be something that they get to read once in a while and may jade, alter, block, shift stuff. What if their kids read the forum and ask Daddy about it...

Did Chagall invite the whole town to watch on his creations live on canvas? Did John Williams invite all the paupers of his town to come in and comment his every creative moves?

Today is fucked, the whole dynamic of the IDEALISTIC world village has been soiled with the venom of mankind.

We are NOT going to make it as a species, I truly wish we could, but the changes required for that are not happening because that venom has been percolating into everything we are... everything is judged, everything is pigeonholed, everything is obsessively challenged.

Creativity to happen now has to happen into an isolated silo almost, and yet the brothers truly are jacked into some reality.

Yes, some, because reality is highly subjective.

I am a nihilist I make no apologies for it, and yet, holy shit am I ever optimistic... but that is not enough.

Give 'em space, give 'em time, stop conjecturing, that is just creating expectations.

The more I listen to the tunes from Infinito Audio, the more excited I am getting for whatever Stargate and Boards of Canada have to share with us this May. Really digging that 7774L1F3 emotional & interstellar outsider / Stargate 02 / haunted ghost stuff. The music is righteous!
