I guess it can only be so big for the CD version unless they were to offer a folded version. Still, I agree they could have stepped it up a little bit.
Discogs does also mention its size:
"Released in a card sleeve with a small insert, an approx. 7 x 10 cm light cyan paper, with negative photographs and the Skam address. "
it is nice that the CD version maintains the blue letters on white just like the label on first press at least.
..The A4 vinyl insert is lovely!
Sadly a few higher priced copies than mine on discogs currently don't come with it (and media in worse shape, VG+)
The "cheapest" near mint media goes for $111+shipping and doesn't specify insert
