I work for the government and I put this up by our printers and got a laugh out of just about everyone. Even the guy who comes and refills the ink said he had to do a double take, then laughed about it and said whoever put this up is awesome.

id choose to ditch all the music that they've released. and get all the music that they didnt release. only because im sure they have an absolute ton of awesome music that didnt make the final cuts to their albums.



to answer your other question. id choose to have lunch with them over seeing them play live. i know that seems nuts, but it wouldnt be on some weird fanboy bullshit. i just have a bunch of questions about their music and psychology behind their music.

hearing them play live would be amazing, but getting a better understanding of whats going on in some of their tracks would be just plain incredible.

definitely the other way around for me. I feel like I'm basically a well adjusted person who has an idea of how I'm perceived in social situations, and it's easy for me to put myself in the shoes of anyone I'd have to interact with in a given situation - if the shoe were on the other foot, I feel like it would be incredibly awkward if I had to be faced with that kind of starry eyed admiration in a one on one situation. It would probably be very uncomfortable.

The live experience would probably be better for everyone involved, it's less personal and less weird. Are you going to ask why did you reverse Dandelion? Why the interest in the Branch Davidians during the IABPOITC/Geogaddi era? What could they possibly say? Just let the music do the talking.
