I love this remix. The vocals work really well with the instrumentation and it just sounds really lovely

Well they already did a remix for Dose One, "Two Dogs Dead" so this isn't exactly surprising in any way.

The vocals are throwing me off (annoying) and i'm not enjoying it so far because of them. Will have to give it a better listen. Or wait until an instrumental version comes out.

This is a slow grower but I'm definitely getting into the core of it. All sorts of lovely familiar textures buried in there, and the start / end are sublime.

What's the lads' previous form for coming out of hiding to do a remix - is it usually an indication of upcoming activity? I'm not so certain.

Whoa, this shit is pretty good, two different styles mixes together, I like it. Always been a fan of Midas Touch aswell.

Am I just real high right now or do I hear a sample of on their own songs @ 3:39? If anyone could be so kind to check, I also don't remember which song it was.

Wasn't a fan of it the first listen through. But then I listened to the original, and then relistened to the remix, and I enjoy it a lot more.

i thought this track was actually a step into a different direction for them, it sounded really fresh and different to me.

some of you guys are comparing this track to something from tomorrows harvest, i simply don't get that comparison at all. tomorrows harvest had a very repetitive quality to it, and it reminded me a lot of their previous work. the music in this track is nothing like anything they've done before. and i like it.

so nice to finally have them release music again, let's hope they continue to do so.

Yes, if this were an instrumental I'd be over the moon, but it's good and juicy and I am pleased.

This could not have come at a better time. Some unanticipated events in my life have left me feeling particularly down in the dumps recently, and this new BoC material has given me so much unexpected joy. Stunning.

I agree completely. I'm getting more of a Campfire Headphase feel than TH, just from the lush, deep layers in this track that will take dozens of listens to parse out. And considering this is their first release since TH, I'm glad to see a track that isn't held back by a theme and can just be solid music.

How do we get a version with no vocals? I wish we had that for all of their remixes.

I work for a composer named John Zorn and he works with Patton a lot and I can tell you his approach to music comes from a place of sheer love and dedication. And of course continuing the relationship with anticon/dose/why?/nosdam world. True originals. BOC having the open ears and heart to keep that relationship growing feels so amazing (They all met on a cLOUDDEAD tour in Edinburgh maybe 2002 according to Odd Nosdam)

I also have been going through some intense emotional times and this feels too perfect to have come now.
