Let’s see. I love the work of James Ensor, Van Gogh, Salvador Dali, MC Escher, Rob Gonsalves, and street artists such as Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and even Banksy.

More and more, I kind of don't. It's just too hard to say "this one is better than all the others" when there's so many now. It's become a case of increasing numbers of apple-to-orange types of comparisons to the point that you have to get really specific about what type of favorite. I find that I more just go through periods of having a current most-listened-to artist or group of artists.

edit: substitute 'listened to' to 'viewed' or 'paid attention to' depending on the type of artist
