it's not the same guy, both are on the same channel but the source for red moss was originally posted to rareboc dropbox whereas this was sent directly to the owner of the channel

Aliasing artifacts from samplers used by BoC appear here too.

Every WAV file when there is silence at the beginning or end there appears very faint tones at different freqs on each channel as well as some crunchy distortion. Don't know what causes it. I'm sure someone here knows what this is. It's there tho.

The artifacts could be a myriad of things really. CD/DAT sample rate oddities or something produced during the digital conversion via an audio interface.

It almost seems like this is gonna be another ARG much like with Tomorrow's Harvest or the Thrift Shop VHS tape.

nope. there’s no ARG. this is a one time leak the brothers probably don’t even know about yet

Has this file https://www.rareboc.org/alleged/r35tt_o ... ermind_ffs already been discussed? You can rename and unzip but I have no idea what is going on with these new rips. It sounds good to me but this all feels like some kind of turing test.

Opened it up but it sounds pretty much identical to the old muddy (noise reduced) rip of R35TT so that's probably why it it was renamed, there's nothing about it that seems to be new or useful.
