My favorite Pete And Pete was the one where Pete (The younger one) has his own radio station, but he doesn't like music. He was on his way to school one morning and heard this garage band playing and fell in love with the song. The band falls off the face of the earth and he has no idea who they were or what song it was. Later, he gets a guitar and tries to learn it himself.

Who the hell was that band anyway? I knew once but I forgot...

Can anyone help me out!? There was this show I used to watch religiously about this quirky camp somewhere in Canada. It was something like 'Moose lodge' or something. They had theses guys with ping pong balls that went nuts and other hilarious characters. It wasn't a 'real' camp in the sense.

Don't think it was salute your shorts.

Yeah, I don't think it was either. Any more info? The only thing Ping Pong balls makes me think of is Captain Kangaroo! Haha.

That song is by Polaris and is called Summerbaby. And now to head over to soulseek...

It was made later in the decade. They had this guy singing this catchy tune about ping pong balls. It rocked. Nature nut was another guy I think.

That sorta of sounds familiar

I remeber now they used a lot of sped up footage and the guys singing and stuff were sped up. It was zany for lack of a better word.

it doesnt get any better than that. Found a website will sell the entire series for like 20 bucks...totally worth IMHO.

Fred Penner's Place? I always wanted to go out to his place in the woods, I remember he had to go through this cool log thing.

The other day I looked up what a zoetrope was because I'd forgotten and I remembered them making one on Mr. Wizard. Also they had an episode where Mr. Wizard made a huge kaleidoscope you could sit in. Man, I want one of those. Mr. Wizard was the best. I always thought if I could just figure out where he lived I could go over to his house like all those other kids.
