Yeah, that thing is crazy. It has a 3 foot playing area. So on stage eveyone is setting it off if I don't set it to about 1 foot or so. I have to watch everyone.

I am in three bands and two solo projects. I was in a indi/hard rock band a bit ago called:
"the eukanubajesus".
http://www.myspace.com/theeukanubajesus
I sang and played guitar, keyboards. We broak up cause I was getting more and more into the 60's... Oh well, I like my bands now.
My other bands are 60's Garage Rock and I play the organ and sing a bit.

Cool. I was in a 60's type garage band myself. but I kind of wanted to pursue other things with music. i enjoyed it. i played guitar with them and had a blast. now i just fly solo. it leaves me more room for creativity. i do miss playing with a group sometimes though...

I don't really make music... but I do have FruityLoops which I just muck around in from time to time.

I have a reel-to-reel... getting tape is a total bastard though, so I never ever use it. I do all my instrument sampling/field recording with a Sony Walkman (it's Net-MD and the compression pisses me right off, but then I didn't pay for it, so...). I run Ableton Live with an E-Mu Xboard. Budget stuff. The only thing I paid for was the Xboard

. Even the computer ain't mine.
EDIT: Seemingly I just resurrected this thread.

I use illegal versions of both Sony Acid Pro 4.0 and FL Studio 3.4. I also have a Yamaha PSR-17.

PLEAASE post some audio from that theremin!
I fired up my reel-to-reel after reading this thread... I never realised how putting my fake analogue patches through that beast could make them sound so warm and real! Now if only I could figure out wtf the crazy audio out is I'd be set.
