One username is enough for me...
ABOUT THE TIMINGS: they prove nothing at all. The first place where the complete discography appeared with timings and other informations was the official BOC website. When they saw "Twoism" and other releases being put on Ebay (all those self-releases that were meant to be sold
only to their friends...), they removed all the traces of these early stuff... But it was too late... The Quest has already began... and the fakes came on Napster (fake BOC, fake AFX, fake split EP between Mogwai & Sigur Ros and many more...). "BOC Maxima" is real, "Twoism" has been re-released, now we've got these old tunes, the rest is as uncertain as the virginity of Britney Spears...

Thanks for the feedback DocteurOrlof.
It all just deepens the mystery I suppose. I can understand them wanting to pull stuff which they may consider total dross. I'd do it too.
Personally though I do consider some of their early tracks to be rather good and definitely quirky. In fact I'd go so far as to say that when I recently managed to download A Few Old Tunes I almost found more to enjoy than I did when I first bought The Campfire Headphase. (It has grown on me considerably since then and is played nearly every day of the week, I had a feeling it would turn out that way)
Oh yeah, nlogax. Thanks for posting the tunes man, very good of you. I started to download them off acpigeon (cheers!) but like most mortals he had to sleep. I was gonna continue the download later on but I guess they'll be no need now.
One more thing nlogax, your avatar is just great man.
Anyway, must fly. kozmikoid.

Actually, I started downloading
Vol 2 off acpigeon. I knew I was tired. Anyway, acpigeon, I'll have to leech again later!
nlogax, the tracks sound really interesting. I haven't had the time to fully listen to them all but I can't wait to lie down later with a pair of cans on and enjoy them.
Bye for now, kozmikoid.

AFOT? Padon my ignorance, but what's that?
I'm guessing that it's something I should know, or will kick myself for not picking up right away?

A Few Old Tunes, only took me a minute to realise, but gave myself a slap on the wrist.

It's Naomi Watts
When I first saw it, I thought she was wearing headphones around her neck. I thought maybe it was a super hot DJ chick. ‘Playbynumbers’ on the WATMM forum had it and I asked him what it was. Now that I’ve seen the bigger image and know who it is, it’s spoilt it a bit for me. But I still really love the square picture. It looks like she’s holding onto some headphones round her neck and mixin’

Is there any other

old/rare things that are attainable or that sum1 could post? I think it's impossible to get catalog 3, acid memories, closes vol. 1, play by numbers and hooper bay, but any remixes of boc, boc remixes, them talking, live things, anything that you can't pick up in hmv

by the way, have you heard of annie? she is a bit more musical than naomi watts but looks quite similar
ok, her music is kind of pop, and i'm not expecting everyone here to like it (although she is pals with royksopp), but i saw your discussion above and had to throw a picture up
