Graeme Norgate has made some really good tunes, a lot of which are nice and chilled out. He did the music for games like Timesplitters and Goldeneye. Speaking of Goldeneye, Eric Serra has made some really great, calm, music too.

Thanks! I always really loved the music for Timesplitters, esp. on the future Tokyo level. Must look for some of his stuff.

Massive Attack - Blue Lines
this album makes me laugh, at times I wonder why I even own it. But it's still great.
DJ Shadow.
Sounds from the Ground.
Global Communication (76:14)
Something to relax to:
Sasha - Airdrawndagger ...very neutral album, no vocals, very impersonal. i like it though.
And not necessarily chill-out...but...weird and jazzy:
Meat Beat Manifesto - Actual Sounds + Voices

Yeah NeoTokyo is one of my favourite tracks. You can get every track in all 3 games

Everyone who likes BoC should check out Arovane, on CCO.
Tides: Lovely ambient album, very subtle guitars, beautiful to drift away to.

Lillies: Based on Zahn's trip to Japan, lots of relaxing beats.
