Oscar See Through Red Eye.
Not saying I Hate it, Its a fantastic track but my least favourite boc tune. I think boc could have put a deeper beat into it and the clap sounds overly produced and too clean.
Only clap I didnt like in a boc tune lol

damn the beach at redpoint and dawn chorus are high up there on my list, within top 20 or 25Patryk Ludamage wrote:Really don't like Smokes Quantity - the second bit at the middle of the track is good but not the front bit - it's awful and reminds me of some kind illnes or someone's death X_X
The same story about The Beach at redpoint.
Also dislike the Dawn Chorus - at first listening i was like but now it's annoying (

hate to disagree with ya Fredd, but those crashing cymbals in Dayvan get me everytime! personally, i find Aquarius to be their most "commercial" of tracks. that track gets skipped quite a lot, but i do i like it.Fredd-E wrote:I tend to skip Dayvan Cowboy though. I loved it in the beginning. But something about the song does not feel right anymore. I think it has to to do with it being their most commercial song... it's a downer to me.
if i had to pick a song i just don't get, i would have to go with Zoetrope.

It's weird, for some reason when I first downloaded TCH, it had replaced Slow this Bird Down with Whitewater and I really loved it, I had never heard Whitewater before and got used to it appearing at that point in the album... I now own the album and for that reason Slow This Bird Down is prob my least fav. on the album! Aw well, that'll teach me for downloading stuff!

There are so many tunes I don't like or even never liked. I was heavily into them late 2005 and 2006 because Campfire fit my overall mood back then perfectly, then I got into Old Tunes which I really love and still consider the most pure form of musical nostalgia and melancholy. I never really got into MHTRTC and Geogaddi, I played them many times in the background though and I do have some favorites but I never genuinely appreciated them as a whole I think. The tunes I love most are those with the emphasis on a good melody like Music Is Math, Corsair, all of the Twoism EP except Basefree, various tunes off Campfire. I never really could get into stuff like 1969.
One has to be in a certain peaceful and sensitive state of mind in order to enjoy BoC I think. I'm mostly a pretty stressed guy and I don't succeed in absorbing all the potentially beautiful sentiments the music radiates. But once in a while I do feel at ease and those are perfect moments for enjoying tracks like Kid For Today and similar tracks which I'd usually ignore.
