I hate Death Cab For Cutie, I would like a new Radiohead though.

Maybe even Coldplay would be alright for a bit of half decent pop music.

Cut/Copy are due a new one as well, they're quite good.

i agree, something about death cab just pisses me off, so much
maybe it was all the girls going "aww this music is so great and so sweet i love it <333"

but, i could go for radiohead.

Cut/Copy is great. I bought their In Ghost Colours album a year or two ago. Good stuff.

Hmm, Parachutes and A rush of blood to the head we're amazing. X&Y was okay, but alot less good than the previous 2. Viva la Vida was crap, I only liked Cemetaries of London on it.

Me myself, I am really looking forward to new BoC, Seefeel, Bibio and Melorman at the moment. Probably alot more, but don't really know what's gonna happen this year.

Edit: Probably new Tycho as well.

And another edit: The first album I was really thrilled about already came out! Spokes - Everyone I ever met. Listening to it for the first time now, it's not really original but it's good. And in my opinion, Spokes - We can make it out is 1 of the best songs I have heard in ages!

I agree, it's a bunch of whining bullshit.

Radiohead or a new Thom Yorke album would be great though.

If you like Cut Copy I can highly recommend RadioSeeds album "There Has To Be More" out now on Darla!

Ben Frost's 'Music for Solaris' (hopefully the score to 'Far' will be released also) and I'm hoping for a release of Steve Reich's 'WTC 9/11' later this year.

man, so much death cab hatred.

their first 4 real albums (something about airplanes, we have the facts, the photo album, and transatlanticism) are all really good.

then they were on "the oc" and it all went to shit.

RADIOHEAD?!?!?!
speaking of EITS, what would you say is their most recommended album?
at least, out of Earth is Not, Those Who Tell, and All of a Sudden?

and, yeah, transatlanticism actually was pretty good.

The two I was waiting for are now out; Battles - Gloss Drop, and the latest collaboration between Ryuichi Sakamoto & Alva Noto called Summv.

Both great but entirely different.

From following him on twitter, I've been informed of a new Tycho album. Now that would be awesome.
